&lt;p&gt;I didn&amp;#8217;t go running this morning, and looking back at the weather (48 degrees and raining), maybe it was for the best. If the weather gets better, I might go running after I get back from work. If not, then I&amp;#8217;m going to make today a rest day (because the gym is closed for whatever reason) and my &amp;#8216;exercise&amp;#8217; will be walking to/from work. Huzzah. I&amp;#8217;ll try to do some yoga, at the very least, which will hopefully be more relaxing than anything.&lt;/p&gt;
