This is so accurate! When I first started trying to lose weight, I found it very hard to enjoy healthy foods. I basically lived to eat processed, pre-made stuff attempting to pass itself off as a food-like substance.
But now, after all of my crazy epiphanies and “oh hey eating that is a good idea yes let’s do that” mentality (because eating = best thing ever), I’ve found that I love eating healthy foods! There’s so much flavor and so many options… I often find myself craving healthy foods now, instead of things like candy and whatnot.
