I went to a sports store and bought 12 pound weights (shh don’t roll your eyes at me I’m not very good at the whole weights thing yet— you have t’start somewhere…).

Also I am hungry all of the time now?

Which is irritating, especially when I’ve eaten pretty recently.

And I am going to go for a run. Yup!
