Lunges are so under-rated for BUTTOCKS development IMO

I have so many DOMS in the gluteous maximus right now.

There’s so much talk of squats for booty building on here but not very much for lunges / spilt squats and so on. If you think about the mechanics of the movement, it is SO MUCH about the glutes dragging that front leg back to an upright position.

summary: do your fkn lunges.

I hate lunges with a burning passion, but I have to admit that you’re 100% right.

I decided that I am awesome. Even after being on my feet from 8:30-ish to 5:00 (and then walking to the rec center), I still managed to set new personal records.

I am also apparently a bottomless pit, because I am starving, despite my having eaten a gigantic dinner and snacking on some other stuff when I got back from the gym.

… my hands hurt.
